Reduce your carbons or be blown to bits!!!

How free do you feel after watching this video?

There are certain things you really shouldn't joke around about... like maybe blowing people to bits if they don't fully believe in climate change and bow to the whim of those who believe in it. This video should be used to show exactly what the Left believe deep down inside... conform or suffer the immediate consequences.

Their way of thinking is to make people feel guilty or AFRAID if they don't participate in their REQUIRED types of blind zombie like beliefs so many of them seem to have these days. No amount of proof against what they say can stop their belief system... no amount of freedom loss will deter them from controlling as many individuals as possible to further their own agendas even when they are disproved.

Conform to their beliefs or die... that's the message of this video.

A video going viral to promote a climate change carbon reduction initiative goes too far by blowing up and shooting climate change deniers.
Talk about a promotion going wrong. The overly graphic and shocking video, released September 30 (see video above), is so over-the-top that it is not only alienating environmental activists, it has become the overwhelming message from British organization 10:10. Instead of promoting the reduction of climate changing carbon emissions, the organization is busy doing damage control. The idea, said 10:10 staff, was to encourage people to cut their carbon emissions by 10% beginning in 2010. The offensive promotional flick was called "No Pressure," but its controversial "screen killings" has generated more complaints than appreciation. 10:10 responded to critisism quickly, removing the video from the organization's web site. However, the video remains available on You Tube, where it has received nearly thousands of views since it was uploaded to the site.

Sucker Punch - a 9/11 poem

Please view the previous post for my other poem written a few years ago. This is the newest one written today and it outlines a bit of what happened that day (for me) and my thoughts then and now.

Remembering 911 - a Murderous Attack

I wrote the poem shown below on September 25, 2007. People tell us (Americans) we need to just let it go, not talk about what happened and just acknowledge that we deserved it.

That is not the place my mind dwells... we did not deserve it. If we look back through history... way back through the decades... we can find the reasons we were attacked and if we study it carefully we can determine that the reasoning coming from those 80 years ago still does not justify what was done.

And today we still sit in the rubble of a murderous attack... still we are not finished over there. And as we are told by our illustrious leaders (that’s sarcasm) that we are pulling all of our combat troops out of Iraq... in just a few days we send some back in. Political twists and lies... just a means for reelection.

Ironically, the indecisiveness to simply build a monument to those who died or rebuild the buildings that were once standing mirrors the indecisiveness our leaders have had during this war. They worry about what certain groups will think instead of just doing what needs to be done. Even people who stand behind the war grow weary and just want it over. There was a time when wars didn't go on for ten years... now our leaders are too afraid of their own shadows to just finish and let everyone across the world rebuild.

If I offend you with my poem, I am not sorry for it... these are my feelings from three years ago when I realized that one day my own child could very well be a victim of the stupidity of nations across this world. My feelings remain the same but are now stronger. What agenda-filled, power-hungry politicians fail to realize is that if you dig into a wound long enough, eventually the owner of that wound will punch back.

I'm tired of everyone blaming America... especially those who only read the negative parts of history and somehow jump passed the positives. Admittedly, I grew up in a time when there was no war but poverty still touched my life. I am stronger now, I have learned from my own history and that of my parents and I do not live in poverty any longer... although I am far from rich. So to all in the world I would say, look at the entire life of your subject (be it a person or a country) and do not judge on one incident or what so-and-so told you... study and learn for yourself.

There are many things that many countries have done and we are expected to let it go and ignore history. We should never do that… we should learn from mistakes. But I would never point my finger at an entire country and say they deserved having their citizens killed for the sake of revenge. It’s amazing to me how childish humans can be.

Keep the Monument to Killing Americans Away from Ground Zero!!

A mosque should not be allowed to be built so close to ground zero. Building one there is the terrorists biggest joke on America since the attack on 9/11/2001. The fact our politicians are not standing up and screaming about this only goes to prove how one track minded they truly are... they let the powerful with agendas hidden to the world dictate what they do just for the joy of reelection.

Hilary and the Taliban - No Religious Ties?

Just a little something to remind you that the world is falling apart…

Per Hilary, the Taliban murders are bad but have nothing to do with religion. Clearly she doesn’t understand their hatred for Christians, Americans and anything to do with any religion that is not their own. Just because it’s not about religion to HER doesn’t mean it’s not about religion to them. We’re surrounded by idiots, morons and power hungry politicians whose only concern is re-election.

Hilary denouced Taliban murders but sees no connection to religion!!

Obama's Recovery Summer - BWAHAHAHAHAHA!

Open Thread: Obama's Recovery Summer | NewsBusters.org

Wow... funny AND true!!

Drug Felons and Eternal Unemployment Benefits | NewsBusters.org

Drug Felons and Eternal Unemployment Benefits | NewsBusters.org

So last week, in the Rose Garden, President Obama paraded out three jobless folks, using their plight to implore Congress to extend unemployment benefits.
One of them was a delightful woman named Leslie Macko.
Here’s what he said about her.
“We need to pass it for Leslie Macko who lost her job at a fitness center last year and has been looking for work ever since because she eligible for only a few more weeks of unemployment, she’s doing what she thought she’d never have to do. She’s turning to her father for financial support.”
Well, our President was right – she did lose her job (giving facials!), but it might have been for good reason. It occurred one month after she pleaded guilty to felony prescription drug fraud, in March 2009.

What is it about this administration that brings out the stupid in people?  Seriously!! He is making a big enough fool of himself WITHOUT the help of his idiot staff. It's not the president's job to look into subjects before making speeches but with his track record so far... if I were him... I would start.

Racist VS. Bigot - what's the difference anyway?

An interesting theory... per this article, only whites (in America) are racists while all others groups are bigots.
In the United States, the most powerful ethnic group is white people. I don’t think anyone seriously objects to this observation. As such, and I hate to inform my white friends of the fact, but only white people can truly be racist. Hispanics, African-Americans, Asian-Americans or other ethnic groups simply aren’t powerful enough to practice racism.

Now, if it makes you feel better, ethnic minorities can be prejudiced, narrow-minded, hateful, intolerant, or all the other delightful traits that go into racism. But they can't actually be racist, because they lack the requisite power.

One thought I have here is that when I was growing up we used the word prejudice and bigot to describe someone who didn't like another person or group due to their color, race or any other physical factor. I don't recall ever hearing the words racist or racism. Perhaps it was due to where I lived or perhaps the words have  only become big in the recent years... or perhaps the media hounds on them to death.

Here are the definitions found in at Dictionary.com.

1. a belief or doctrine that inherent differences among the various human races determine cultural or individual achievement, usually involving the idea that one's own race is superior and has the right to rule others.
2. a policy, system of government, etc., based upon or fostering such a doctrine; discrimination.
3. hatred or intolerance of another race or other races.

1865–70; < F racisme.
Dictionary.com Unabridged
Based on the Random House Dictionary, © Random House, Inc. 2010.

  1. The belief that race accounts for differences in human character or ability and that a particular race is superior to others.
  2. Discrimination or prejudice based on race.
rac'ist adj. & n. The American Heritage® Dictionary of the English Language, Fourth Edition

Here is where the dictionary starts to get into white or black..
Cultural Dictionary -racism definition

The belief that some races are inherently superior (physically, intellectually, or culturally) to others and therefore have a right to dominate them. In the United States, racism, particularly by whites against blacks, has created profound racial tension and conflict in virtually all aspects of American society. Until the breakthroughs achieved by the civil rights movement in the 1950s and 1960s, white domination over blacks was institutionalized and supported in all branches and levels of government, by denying blacks their civil rights and opportunities to participate in political, economic, and social communities.
The American Heritage® New Dictionary of Cultural Literacy, Third Edition

And then there's the word bigot...

a person who is utterly intolerant of any differing creed, belief, or opinion.
1590–1600; < MF (OF: derogatory name applied by the French to the Normans)
Based on the Random House Dictionary, © Random House, Inc. 2010.

Another definition...

n.  One who is strongly partial to one's own group, religion, race, or politics and is intolerant of those who differ.

And then there's this...
Word History: Bigots may have more in common with God than one might think. Legend has it that Rollo, the first duke of Normandy, refused to kiss the foot of the French king Charles III, uttering the phrase bi got, his borrowing of the assumed Old English equivalent of our expression by God. Although this story is almost surely apocryphal, it is true that bigot was used by the French as a term of abuse for the Normans, but not in a religious sense. Later, however, the word, or very possibly a homonym, was used abusively in French for the Beguines, members of a Roman Catholic lay sisterhood. From the 15th century on Old French bigot meant "an excessively devoted or hypocritical person." Bigot is first recorded in English in 1598 with the sense "a superstitious hypocrite."

Notice how racism is mentioned alongside the United States while bigot is more of a French/English thing. Neither word has a particularly pleasant ring to it but I have always found that a bigot is one of the most hateful individuals who bases his reasons for such hatred on, what he perceives, as fact (unfounded opinion). A true racist is just an ignorant fool who doesn't know why he's better than someone else... he just is.

I have felt prejudice in my life and it was brought on by a wrongful act of which I was a victim. It is something I have dealt with, confronted and banished from who I am today. I do not feel what I felt back then, some 30 years ago now, but I can tell you I felt I was justified in feeling what I felt. I did not consider myself to be a bigot or a racist... but I did feel a prejudice towards men of a certain group. No, I will not mention that group here because that's not going to help. What is necessary is stating that sometimes people feel the way they do for a reason and they need help getting passed the issue and letting themselves heal.

If on the other hand a person is just an ignorant fool who dislikes others simply because he wants to dislike others, that person doesn't need healing... he needs a trip some remote island away from people.

Individuals who hate for the sake of hating and pass that thought process and hatred to their offspring are some of the worst offenders of bigotry and racism. They keep hatred alive because they can't just be human and let others be human.

Guilt is the Freedom Killer

Don't let others kill your freedom by pushing your "guilt" hot button. Politicians scrounge around, they dig into your physic trying desperately to determine what makes you feel guilty. If you tend to feel a little uneasy around certain groups of people, that will be what makes you feel guilty. It could be religion, race, sexuality, body size, environment, disabilities, personal expression, nationality, income, employment, personal associations… it could be any number of different aspects of life that you feel differently about than others who hold an agenda to control you.

Remember... it is their job to keep us divided and they know guilt is the freedom killer.
Currently it seems the biggest hot buttons in the general public of America happen to be race, the environment and sexuality. Those with agendas to control people find what they perceive to be the biggest weakness of individuals and they dig in, pecking at their brain until they confess what isn’t a sin but suddenly is made into a sin and… bang… the guilt floats to the surface and that person wants to make amends to something they never did.

Remember... it is their job to keep us divided and they know guilt is the freedom killer.
An individual can be the most environmentally conscientious person and still be made to feel they aren’t doing enough if they happen to be on the “other side” of a political argument. If a person is completely oblivious to a person’s skin color in all circumstances, they will still be made out to be a racist if they do not agree with the “correct” people and if that person does not profess how horrible they are for not making amends for something they did not do. An individual can be made to look like the most uncaring of all humans if they don’t agree with another person’s sexuality even if they don’t voice how they feel or hold back the rights of those different then they are. If they don’t stand up for them in all circumstances then they are against them.

Remember... it is their job to keep us divided and they know guilt is the freedom killer.

You see, those who have political agendas will turn against anyone if they do not fall in line. If you are homosexual and not on their side politically, you are the enemy… but they will profess to be on the side of homosexuals. If you are black and not on their side, then you are an enemy and a traitor… but they will profess to want equal rights for all minorities and request that those NOT of that minority “pay the price” for those who are. You don't have to be white to feel guilty... if you are different than the group currently on the political pedestal, you are the potential enemy of that group. If you are the biggest Earth lover but do not believe in ALL their restrictions or requirements then you are the enemy and not really an Earth lover.

Remember... it is their job to keep us divided and they know guilt is the freedom killer.
It’s not enough that you are doing the little things that fall under their list of “what is right”, you must also profess it to the world, agree with ALL of their agendas and do more and more and more to prove your worthiness and dedication to them. Essentially, you must give up all of your freedoms in order to have whatever “earned” freedom they feel you should have… which is not really freedom but instead a leash you cannot remove.

Remember... it is their job to keep us divided and they know guilt is the freedom killer.
How many Americans truly understand the meaning of LOSING freedoms? Not many. I certainly don’t. I can’t imagine what it would be like to NOT be able to walk down the street at any hour because I just FEEL like going for a walk. Imagine not being able to purchase whatever and however much you want at the local grocery store. Imagine not being able to purchase your favorite meal because it’s been deemed environmentally harmful even if it isn’t. Imagine not being able to go to YOUR church any more, not being able to choose the job you want, not being able to leave your house after midnight, not being able to take a shower at noon because it uses too much water and power, imagine being required to pay money to another group of people because you are different than they are, required to let any government official into your home to search whenever they feel necessary, required to give the government a log of all electronics in your home. Imagine not being able to travel to another state because you’ve been placed on the “no travel” list because of your political connections or the fact you haven’t signed up with certain groups or organizations with control over your life. Imagine border patrols at every state... not to keep out illegal immigrants, but to keep you in.

Remember... it is their job to keep us divided and they know guilt is the freedom killer.
You see, eventually it’s not a matter of what is right and wrong… it’s a matter of power and control. Does it really sound that farfetched? Does it sound unreasonable or like Science Fiction? Have we learned nothing from our Socialist and Communist examples? Have we not noticed that they eventually fail and collapse?

The big questions is… how many decades do you want to go without your freedoms? Look into the future and see your children’s children and their children's children. At what generational point do you just write off the freedoms of your family? At what point do you just not give a damn?

Don't let them make you feel guilty for things you have not done... don't let them kill your freedoms!

Political Gang Wars

Politicians are too strung out on the fact they can’t do anything else with their lives other than politics and that scares them. Because of that, they go out of their way to do anything and everything to keep their jobs… even if that means using smoke, mirrors and lies. Basically… being called a democrat or a republican is just wearing blue instead of red. It’s nothing more than gang wars.

American Thinker: A Shrink Asks: What's Wrong with Obama?

LINK: American Thinker: A Shrink Asks: What's Wrong with Obama?

Hm… this is interesting. One of the things I commented on during the election was the fact I felt that Obama has an anger problem. I have no real basis for it other than he always seems to be controlling himself in a manner that isn’t exactly natural to him. He, at times, seems unnecessarily sensitive to issues that don’t require it and then insensitive to issues that demand it.

It’s amazing though how often instinct is right… how often a feeling inside can really tell us what is true even if we don’t understand it instantly.

Congressman Bob Etheridge (D-NC) Assaults Student

Ah yes... who are YOU Congressman Etheridge? You sound belligerent as you assault a young man who has every right to ask you questions. Sorry, but you have chosen to become a politician... you're going to be interviewed from time to time even when you're not READY for it.

They act so different when asked a question that is a positive towards their own agenda... and apparently assault people if they happen to have a real question that might show them for what they truly are.

Check this out.

Here's another video you may find interesting from Newsy.com giving this incident a different view while looking at the way different news outlets look upon the same issue. I do find it interesting how so many reporters, bloggers, etc. can have so many different opinions on the same subject. Thanks for the heads-up Newsy!

It's My Back Pocket, Mr. Obama

Gosh Mr. President... when HAVE I made enough money?

Does it matter if he's speaking of Wall Street or an American individual? No... he feels that at some point a person has enough money... or a company... or another organization. In America a person or company can make as much or as little money as they want or are capable of doing.

The issue here, Mr. President, is that you want to take away money from us when YOU feel we've hit the ceiling of our limits of earning power. It's my back pocket... not yours.

Tea party Infiltrators - FAIL!!

Michelle Malkin.... The Crashers: they came, they saw, they failed.
This dude has his little sign to make the tea partiers look bad but look out... they were prepared for you.

Check out the signs behind him... "INFILTRATOR... THIS PERSON IS NOT WITH US" and "THIS PERSON IS NOT IN OUR GROUP".

And then we have this dude that apparently has NOT been affected by taxes... I guess he doesn't understand the idea of DELAYED EXPLOITATION.

Healthcare Passes the House

Michele Bachman - Congresswoman

Washington, D.C., Mar 22 -
U.S. Representative Michele Bachmann (MN-06) issued the following statement today after introducing legislation to repeal the Democrats' government takeover of health care:

"It's no secret, President Obama and Democrat leaders have ignored the will of the people and have chosen to ram through their trillion-dollar health care bill despite the American people's overwhelming objection to it.

"It's future generations, our children and grandchildren who will pay the price for our government’s arrogance and recklessness, and the American people won’t ever forget the irresponsible actions of this Administration and Democratic Majority. After all, government answers to the people, not the other way around. I'm asking my colleagues to join me in repealing this monstrosity of a bill.”
I like what Michele had to say here... now if we can just get this mess fixed!

I am sick to my stomach at this horrible bill and the way they kept secrets as to it's real words and meaning.

Patient Protection Affordable Care Act

... and I hear this isn't really what was passed? It's so confusing and it didn't have to be that way. Oh wait... yes it did because smart people would question such a monster.

Sean Penn Wants Reporters Jailed

I don't believe I've ever been a fan of Sean Penn but his recent comments really put him miles above the rest when it comes to the "dislike" button in my brain. He's clearly a very bitter man who hates the world and feels his views are far superior to others and that he knows what is right while everyone else must be wrong.

Hypocrisy at it's grandest.

FOXNews.com - Sean Penn Wants Reporters Jailed for Calling Chavez 'Dictator'

It was just the beginning of a busy weekend for Penn. When asked on CBS' "Sunday Morning" about those who question his motives for his humanitarian work in Haiti, he said:

"Do I hope that those people die screaming of rectal cancer? Yeah. You know, but I'm not going to spend a lot of energy on it."

Lis Wiehl, a former federal prosecutor and Fox News legal analyst, echoed Napolitano’s comments, saying Penn’s statement is "completely counter" to First Amendment protections.

"Unless you're yelling 'fire' in a crowded theatre, i.e. stirring up immediate violence, you have the right as an American to voice your opinion, even if others (including Penn) disagree," she wrote FoxNews.com. "And, yes, Penn has the right to voice his opinion as well -- that's the beauty of the First Amendment. And, don't forget, truth is an absolute defense to any defamation or slander lawsuit."

According to a study by the Business and Media Institute, news coverage pertaining to Chavez from 1998 to 2006 found the Venezuelan president's human rights record was mentioned in only 10 percent of stories, and he was described as a leftist in 12 percent of stories.

Napolitano, meanwhile, said Penn apparently prefers "thuggery" to democracy.

"In light of his ignorance of freedom of speech, his wishing rectal cancer on his detractors, and his embracing tyrants, Mr. Penn obviously prefers thuggery to democracy," he continued. "Were he free to do so, he'd be a tyrant. Now we'll see if he can get me jailed for saying that!"

No Treats from Obama

Anne Wortham - The Other Side of Racism: A Philosophical Study of Black Race Consciousness

I received this little ditty in email today... checked it out on-line to see if it's true and, upon finding out that it is, decided to post it here.

Anne Wortham is a member of the American Sociological Association and the American Philosophical Association.

She has been a John M. Olin Foundation Faculty Fellow, and honored as a Distinguished Alumni of the Year by the Nation al Association for Equal Opportunity in Higher Education.

In fall 1988 she was one of a select group of intellectuals who were featured in Bill Moyer's television series, "A World of Ideas." The transcript of her conversation with Moyers has been published in his book, A World of Ideas.

Dr. Wortham is author of "The Other Side of Racism: A Philosophical Study of Black Race Consciousness" which analyzes how race consciousness is transformed into political strategies and policy issues.

She has published numerous articles on the implications of individual rights for civil rights policy, and is currently writing a book on theories of social and cultural marginality.

Recently, she has published articles on the significance of multiculturalism and Afrocentricism in education, the politics of victimization and the social and political impact of political correctness. Shortly after an interview in 2004, she was awarded tenure.

The following article by her is something…

Fellow Americans,

Please know: I am Black; I grew up in the segregated South. I did not vote for Barack Obama; I wrote in Ron Paul's name as my choice for president. Most importantly, I am not race conscious. I do not require a Black president to know that I am a person of worth, and that life is worth living. I do not require a Black president to love the ideal of America.

I cannot join you in your celebration. I feel no elation. There is no smile on my face. I am not jumping with joy. There are no tears of triumph in my eyes. For such emotions and behavior to come from me, I would have to deny all that I know about the requirements of human flourishing and survival - all that I know about the history of the United States of America, all that I know about American race relations, and all that I know about Barack Obama as a politician. I would have to deny the nature of the "change" that Obama asserts has come to America.

Most importantly, I would have to abnegate my certain understanding that you have chosen to sprint down the road to serfdom that we have been on for over a century. I would have to pretend that individual liberty has no value for the success of a human life. I would have to evade your rejection of the slender reed of capitalism on which your success and mine depend. I would have to think it somehow rational that 94 percent of the 12 million Blacks in this country voted for a man because he looks like them (that Blacks are permitted to play the race card), and that they were joined by self-declared "progressive" whites who voted for him because he doesn't look like them.

I would have to wipe my mind clean of all that I know about the kind of people who have advised and taught Barack Obama and will fill posts in his administration - political intellectuals like my former colleagues at the Harvard University's Kennedy School of Government..

I would have to believe that "fairness" is equivalent of justice. I would have to believe that a man who asks me to "go forward in a new spirit of service, in a new service of sacrifice" is speaking in my interest.. I would have to accept the premise of a man that economic prosperity comes from the "bottom up," and who arrogantly believes that he can will it into existence by the use of government force. I would have to admire a man who thinks the standard of living of the masses can be improved by destroying the most productive and the generators of wealth.

Finally, Americans, I would have to erase from my consciousness the scene of 125,000 screaming, crying, cheering people in Grant Park, Chicago irrationally chanting "Yes We Can!" Finally, I would have to wipe all memory of all the times I have heard politicians, pundits, journalists, editorialists, bloggers and intellectuals declare that capitalism is dead - and no one, including especially Alan Greenspan, objected to their assumption that the particular version of the anti-capitalistic mentality that they want to replace with their own version of anti-capitalism is anything remotely equivalent to capitalism.

So you have made history, Americans. You and your children have elected a Black man to the office of the president of the United States, the wounded giant of the world. The battle between John Wayne and Jane Fonda is over - and that Fonda won. Eugene McCarthy and George McGovern must be very happy men. Jimmie Carter, too. And the Kennedys have at last gotten their Kennedy look-a-like. The self-righteous welfare statists in the suburbs can feel warm moments of satisfaction for having elected a Black person.

So, toast yourselves: 60s countercultural radicals, 80s yuppies and 90s bourgeois bohemians.. Toast yourselves, Black America. Shout your glee Harvard, Princeton, Yale, Duke, Stanford, and Berkeley. You have elected not an individual who is qualified to be president, but a Black man who, like the pragmatist Franklin Roosevelt, promises to - Do Something! You now have someone who has picked up the baton of Lyndon Johnson's Great Society. But you have also foolishly traded your freedom and mine - what little there is left - for the chance to feel good.

There is nothing in me that can share your happy obliviousness. God Help Us all...

Lets give the Internet away...

Article Found Here:
What better country to protect the Internet than the United States?

We invented it, and we paid for the research and implementation that made it
possible. We are the freest, most tolerant nation on earth, we believe in the
fundamental right of free speech, and we practice a free market of commerce and ideas.

America has always been against censorship and has shared its invention with the world without fee or unreasonable or arbitrary restriction. The user fee to operate on the Internet is not one paid to the U.S. government; a consumer pays it to private Internet companies, who provide access to the Internet through servers for their subscribers.

Look no further than China's recent move against Google to censor the
Internet, and you can envision what can happen when other nations less free
than the United States seek to control the Internet beyond even their own borders.

America needs to wake up. If we lose control over the management of the
Internet, we have given away one of our nation's greatest assets with nothing
in return to show for it.

The Obama administration's actions will set in motion a slow and complete takeover of the Internet by the United Nations or some other equally U.S.-hostile and unfriendly international body. And once it is gone, it will be gone forever.

The surrender of the Internet will spell disaster for our nation, financially, as well as for safety, security and our standing as a great power that values freedom and the free exchange of ideas and information.

As far as I am concerned, America is still the last best hope for a more
peaceful and prosperous world and our president should not be looking for
ways to weaken us. Rather, his job is to work to strengthen us and protect our nation's greatest asset our people's creativity and ingenuity.

Jack Cafferty Rips Obama on Failed Openness Pledge: 'Just Another Lie Told for Political Expediency'

"What a far cry from the election, when then-candidate Obama pledged to- quote, ‘broadcast health care negotiations on C-SPAN, so that the American people can see what the choices are,’ unquote. President Obama hasn’t even made a token effort to keep his campaign promises of more openness and transparency in government. It was all just another lie that was told in order to get elected."

Quote by Jack Cafferty, CNN analyst.

40 Most Obnoxious Quotes of 2009

29) I write a lot of songs that could be interpreted as big patriotic songs, but in reality they're questioning the direction the country is going. After every song in Boston, 20,000 people were going, 'USA, USA.' I thought, man. I almost asked them to stop, stop doing that. I don't like it. I don't like hearing that chant. -- John Cougar Mellencamp

36) I know it wasn't rape-rape. I think it was something else, but I don't believe it was rape-rape. -- Whoopi Goldberg on Roman Polanski's rape of a 13 year-old girl

37) ...the total mindless, morally bankrupt, knee-jerk, fascistic hatred — without which Michelle Malkin would just be a big mashed-up bag of meat with lipstick on it. -- Keith Olbermann

40) But it is really not easy to make fun of the Obamas, because they’re really — they’re kind of really perfect, aren’t they?" -- Joy Behar

Pat Robertson is kind of a dork... clearly... and Whoopi Goldberg made her statement that it's MOTHER NATURE that caused the earthquake in Haiti, not God's wrath.

Really Whoopi? Are you sure? Danny Glover would disagree and tell you that it's the American citizens who are at fault and not Mother Nature... or God... or even Earth itself. It's the fault of the dirty Americans.

Earthquakes, volcanoes, hurricanes, tornados, flash floods, high winds... they are all a part of the aging of Earth and no matter what humans do on its surface Earth will age and will change and will go through several changes for several decades and centuries and millenniums.

Stop blaming America for everything!!
May we each take the moment necessary out of this day and any day we feel the need to remember those who have gone before us in defense of our freedoms. Without them... we would not be "here"... we would be in chains. ~Bug~
